We have an INCREDIBLE overseas position for ONE amazing Nanny! We have an AMAZING family (great return clients) based in Kuwait, and they are looking to hire a bright, bubbly and cheerful nanny to care for their 3 kids (3, 8 and 11 years). This generous family will be providing you with a private furnished apartment just 1 minute away from the family’s home, as well as access to a vehicle during your off hours (there is a driver to take the kids wherever they need to go when you’re working). In this role you will spend most of your time with their youngest, as the older 2 are pretty self sufficient, and all 3 kiddos are in school daily. Your day will start at 7am, where you will assist with the morning routine and get the children ready for the day, communicate with the driver regarding drop off, and then you have a break until they need to be picked up. After school care will include handling logistics re: extracurriculars, assisting the older kids with homework, organizing developmentally stimulating activities for the preschooler, planning fun age appropriate activities for all of the kids, planning meals for the youngest, and help to install a level of independence within all 3 kids. Their home in Kuwait is fully staffed (chef, driver, housekeepers, etc) and your role is solely childcare focused. When in Beverly Hills (typically 2 months in the summers and 1 month around Christmas/New Year’s) will assist with simple meal prep for the kids, help with their laundry, and drive them to activities using provided vehicle.
LOCATION: Kuwait (primary residence), Beverly Hills (2-3 months/yr) + Occasional Travel throughout Europe
START DATE: Mid-August or September 2023 (trial period in July/August)
SCHEDULE: Sunday – Thursday 7am-7pm with a break in the middle of the day Mon-Thur while the kids are at school
COMPENSATION: Equivalent to $70,000 NET (take home) + Free Housing + Access to a Car
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Passport + Love of Travel
- GREAT Team Player – You will communicate with ALL household staff
- Strong Swimmer (Both Properties have Pools)
- Pet Friendly (Fish, Hamster + Turtle currently, possibly a dog in the future)

The ideal nanny for this wonderful family is upbeat, positive, cheerful, bubbly, energetic, fun but firm (the quintessential kindergarten teacher), structured during week, strict when it comes to enforcing rules and schedules (bed times/screen times/treats), and good with discipline, as they want their children to listen, be respectful, and overall great human beings. You should have great experience with children ranging in age from 3 on up, know how to communicate/connect with school age kiddos, and ideally have a personal assistant mindset when it comes to researching/planning activities, finding creative ideas for school lunches, and managing all of their things.
