Long-time WSN Clients in Beverly Hills with 16-year-old twins are looking to hire a bright + highly organized family assistant, ASAP! The general schedule is Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, but please be flexible! Rate is $33/hr + applicable OT, PLUS $300/mo health ins stipend. In this role you will be responsible for keeping the household running smoothly, serve as mom and dad’s right hand, and drive the kids to activities.

A typical week will include running errands, tackling organizational projects, managing tasks around the home, keeping a running inventory of household items, scheduling/supervising household vendors, communicating with the family’s 2 housekeepers and business manager, keeping tabs on the kid’s schedules to ensure they’re where they need to be, handle returns and post office drop-offs, pet care + scheduling vet/grooming appts (they have 2 sweet pitt-mixes – dog lovers only!), making sure plants are watered, going through mail, scheduling appointments, occasional meal prep and more! This entrepreneurial and philanthropic couple host charitable events at their home 1-2x a month, and part of your role will be assisting with set up/coordination/execution of the events, as well as assisting with their gift drive around the holidays.

The ideal candidate is honest, kind, personable, genuine, progressive (comfortable with a teen who’s questioning their sexuality), unflappable, detail oriented, tech savvy, innately helpful (think can-do attitude), and a great communicator who is not afraid to ask questions (doesn’t just ‘assume’). Covid vaccine + 1st booster required for consideration (flexible on additional boosters).
