Wonderful Santa Monica family is looking for kind, loving and innately helpful LIVE-IN Nanny/Mother’s Helper to care for their 2 kiddos (2 + 6). These dual-working parents who work from home are looking for an amazing caregiver to join their family, hopefully for years to come! You will have a private bedroom with en suite bath, and private entry on LA’s beautiful Westside! Duties will include school drop off and pick up, driving to activities, coordinating play dates, assisting with homework/school projects, engaging in lots of play, preparing healthy snacks and simple dinner for the kids, and assisting with evening/bedtime routine. You will also be responsible for light housekeeping duties, including kid laundry, loading/unloading dishwasher, keeping their room/play areas neat and tidy, simple meal prep, etc) and running errands as needed
LOCATION: Santa Monica, CA
SCHEDULE: Family will guarantee 40 hours weekly, but the actual schedule will vary from week to week (including weekends) based on family’s work/travel schedules. Flexibility is KEY!
COMPENSATION: $25-30/hr gross DOE (+ applicable OT if working over 45 hours/week)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fully vaccinated: Covid vaccine, annual flu shot + Tdap
- Pet friendly; family has 2 small dogs
- Strong driving record
