We’re excited to present an INCREDIBLE new opportunity for a head nanny in beautiful Puerto Rico – open to ALL U.S. CANDIDATES! A warm, playful, and highly experienced nanny is invited to join an active family of six in their stunning Dorado Beach home. This engaged family is looking for a pro-level caregiver to be a “third parent” to their 4 young boys, ranging from newborn to 6 years old. For the next six months, a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) will focus on the newborn, while the two oldest boys are in school. This means the primary emphasis will be on their curious, energetic 1-year-old during the daytime. A housekeeper is already on board for household tasks, allowing your focus to be solely on the boys and their development. The family is tight-knit and hands-on, with Mom fully engaged and Dad actively involved in transporting the older boys to sports and activities (when he’s not traveling). They are seeking an experienced, organized, and enthusiastic nanny who can smoothly manage the bustling morning and evening routines and offer enriching experiences for the younger boys during the day. Once acclimated, you’ll play a key role in building out the childcare team, potentially hiring additional nannies to enhance the children’s care. This role is ideal for a seasoned, hands-on nanny who thrives in a family-focused and adventurous environment.

LOCATION: Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico (with travel to Michigan and Montana) – The family resides in a beautiful community with a supportive network of other nannies and expats.

SCHEDULE: 6 days/week, 8-10 hours daily (up to 60 hours/week)

COMPENSATION: $100,000 – $160,000 gross, DOE

ACCOMMODATIONS: Private 2-bedroom casita with kitchenette and breathtaking views, plus full access to exclusive community amenities, including a beach club, tennis courts, pools, and golf cart transportation.

• Travel Ready with Valid Passport: This family loves adventure and frequently travels. During the summer, you’ll join them on trips to Montana and Michigan, so an adventurous spirit is essential!
