Busy Family of 4 in Los Feliz seeks a calm, competent Executive Assistant/House Manager to manage their estate, properties, and family schedule. This family needs someone who thrives in a busy environment, is quick on their feet, can pivot when schedules change, and has a 24/7 mentality. If you are hyper-organized, efficient, structured, a creative problem solver, a master of logistics, and a multitasker extraordinaire, keep reading! Duties include: Managing repairs and maintenance for their multiple properties, coordinating with gardners, electricians, pest control, pool maintenance etc, communications with tenants, assisting with children ages 15 and 12 by driving, homework help, after-school activities and extra-curricular activities, assisting in IT & Tech to make sure all is working, scheduling medical and dental appointments, maintaining the family schedule, booking travel, organizing events at home such as dinners and cocktail parties, scheduling pet appointments, ordering the pets’ foods and medications, handle car services for all 5 cars and schedule regular cleanings, and general household assistance. The role is intended to be full-time but with flexible hours. There is a need for occasional early mornings to do school drop-offs and there are some evening/weekend needs if their nanny isn’t available. s.

LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA

START DATE: ASAP

SCHEDULE: Primarily Monday-Friday (40 hours); a healthy balance of both remote work and in-home tasks/assistance around their properties in Los Angeles.

COMPENSATION: Target Annual Salary. $70-90K DOE,

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience working as a Family Assistant or House Manager
  • Open to traveling to various residences throughout Southern California
  • Excellent communicator (verbal, written, interpersonal)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Superb time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Tech-savvy; proficient with MAC or related software, plus Outlook and Gmail calendars
  • Flexibility and adaptability are KEY! Must be up for changing circumstances, priorities, and schedules as required
