Dedicated, Loving + Experienced Nanny Needed for a 14 Month Old Baby Boy in Malibu! The position can begin ASAP! Baby boy was born premature and they’re still navigating some developmental delays, particularly with his mobility (he attends physical therapy)- if you have any experience working with babies who were premature that is wonderful, but not a requirement! There are two older kids in the home, however they do not require support from the nanny, this role will solely focus on her 14 month old!
LOCATION: Malibu, CA (Greater Los Angeles Area)
SCHEDULE: Tuesday-Saturday from 8/9AM-5/6PM with flexibility to adjust the hours as needed to allow for later evenings, etc. Flexibility is key!
COMPENSATION: $30-$40/hr Gross (Depending on Experience – the high end of the rate range will be reserved for candidates with extensive and recent infant experience)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Recent Infant Experience (working with babies under the age of 1 year)
- Dog Friendly – there are 3 dogs in the home
- Confident + Safe Driver
- Comfortable + Confident Swimming
Your role will involve handling everything related to her baby boy! Keeping him on whatever schedule is in place, handling feedings, diaper changes, engaging him in age appropriate activities to stimulate his growth and development, tidying up after preparing his snacks and meals, keeping his room and general areas neat + tidy, assisting with his laundry, organizing his room, etc! This mom is looking for an infant expert, someone who knows all of the ins and out (with ease) and someone who will be able to keep her baby safe (for example, it’s imperative that you know about proper safety measures, like how to properly buckle a baby into their car seat, etc).
The ideal nanny is someone who is loving, sweet and genuinely takes their job seriously and treats it as their career!
