Join a fast-paced, loving household with four energetic kids! We have a dynamic and very active family based in Studio City seeking an organized, proactive, and nurturing full-time Family Assistant to support a hands-on mom in managing daily routines and logistics for four children (girls aged 4 and 10, boys aged 7 and 9). This role requires someone who is highly flexible, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment!
LOCATION: Studio City, CA (Greater Los Angeles Area)
SCHEDULE: M-F 11AM-7PM (some days may be 10AM-7PM) + flexibility to help on the weekends for about 5-6 hours as needed!
COMPENSATION: $40-$45/hr Gross (on payroll + applicable overtime)
DUTIES:
- Assist in morning routines: get the children up, dressed, and fed for the day
- Grocery shopping every Monday and restocking the home
- Organize and prep for after-school activities (soccer gear, snacks, water bottles)
- Cut and prep fruits and vegetables; help keep pantry and fridge organized
- Provide homework support and encourage kids to work during car rides
- Safely drive children to/from school and extracurricular activities
- Coordinate daily logistics with mom—think of it as playing a real-life game of family Tetris!
- Be pool-ready during summer months to actively supervise and swim with the kids
REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience Working with Multiple Kids
- Reasonable Commute to Studio City
- Cat Friendly – they have 2 Kittens!
- Strong Swimmer – There is a Pool at the Home
- Experience Working in a Fast Paced Environment
- Comfortable Tag Teaming with Mom
- Valid License + Reliable Vehicle
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- A true mother’s helper—willing to follow mom’s lead and work as a seamless team
- Patient, flexible, and able to “go with the flow” while staying organized
- Confident managing multiple kids in a car, understands how to install car seats and use child locks
- A safe, reliable driver with a clean record
- Background in occupational therapy is a plus, especially to support their 7-year-old (recently diagnosed with ADHD and has sensory issues)
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-energy household that values proactive planning and communication
