Wonderful first time parents in Austin, TX are seeking an experienced, career-level Nanny to care for their baby girl (3 months old). This role is ideal for a confident, developmentally knowledgeable nanny who brings calm leadership, excellent communication, and thoughtful structure to the day. Both parents have demanding careers, so they are looking for a nanny who can independently manage all baby-related care during the workday while maintaining a peaceful, well-organized home environment. DUTIES:
• Provide attentive, loving, developmentally informed care for infant
• Support age-appropriate milestones through intentional engagement
• Maintain consistent daily routines (feeding, naps, outings)
• Take baby on daily walks and outdoor activities
• Keep nursery and baby areas tidy and organized
• Handle baby laundry, bottles, and supplies
• Communicate clearly and proactively with parents
• Limit screen time to essential communication only
• General infant-related household assistance
LOCATION: Austin, TX
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM with flexibility to stay later or come on the weekends with advanced notice
COMPENSATION: Target annual salary $91,000/year
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong infant experience (newborn–12 months)

- • Comfortable with dogs (no pets in the home currently)
