Wonderful Brentwood family is seeking a seasoned, energetic full-time nanny to care for their toddler son (3) and newborn daughter (born January 2026). This is an exciting opportunity to join a loving, organized household as their first dedicated long-term nanny. The family of four is hoping to find someone confident in managing both baby and toddler care, who also enjoys supporting the rhythm of family life. Their son attends preschool until 2:00 PM, so mornings are primarily infant-focused, with afternoons spent balancing both children through play, outings, and routines. The family values warmth, proactivity, and organization, and would love a nanny who naturally keeps things running smoothly and takes initiative.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Full care for infant and toddler
• School pickup for toddler (preschool nearby)
• Planning age-appropriate activities, outings, and play
• Preparing baby purees and toddler lunches/snacks
• Children’s laundry and bedding
• Tidying toys and children’s spaces
• Light kitchen cleanup related to meals
• Family meal prep/cooking (highly valued but not required)
• Maintaining organized routines and household flow
• Driving to nearby parks, library, and activities
LOCATION: Brentwood, CA
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8am-4pm /9am-5pm with flexibiliy to stay later on occasion, come on a weekend
RATE: $35–$45/hour DOE
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience caring for both infants and toddlers simultaneously
- Energetic, proactive, and highly organized
- Comfortable with one cat and one goldendoodle, no allergies
- Up to date on Tdap, MMR, and annual flu vaccine
- Spanish-speaking strongly preferred
- Education or child development background a plus
- Open to occasional travel
