LOCATION: Anchorage, Alaska (Primary Residence) + Santa Barbara (2nd home they visit at least once a month for a week at a time)
SCHEDULE: M-F 7AM-4PM
COMPENSATION: Anticipated Annual Salary of $80k/Year Gross (on payroll) + Health Insurance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Passport + Travel Ready (they travel 1-2x a month)
- MMR Vaccine
- Experienced with infants and toddlers, with a deep understanding of developmental milestones
- Energetic and athletic – their son is always on the move!
- A confident swimmer, as the family has a pool on-site
- Positive, proactive, and organized
- Speak Spanish or French (Just a bonus, not a requirement)
- Have experience with or an interest in the Montessori method
The family also maintains a second home in Santa Barbara, CA, where they spend about one week per month. The nanny will travel with them to and from both locations. Additional domestic and international travel is also part of the role—so a valid passport and a love of new experiences are musts!
