Calling All Career Nannies! We have a Father in Malibu who is Looking for a Full-Time Nanny for His 2 Year Old Boy! He splits custody with mom and they do a 2-2-3 schedule, so the days he needs covered varies each week.
Your main priority will be focusing on his son, everything from engaging him on his level by reading to him, singing songs, playing, taking him on outings or to classes and encouraging his growth and development! There is a housekeeper for deep cleaning, but you will be responsible for daily light tidying; duties like pitching in with baby laundry when needed, keeping his room and areas organized, cleaning up toys, loading/unloading the dishwasher, etc! Being a team player who is willing to help is KEY!
Dad is willing to guarantee 40 hours of work each week, even though some weeks will not involve 40 hours of childcare- during these weeks you will take on additional Family Assistant tasks like grocery shopping, organizational projects, calendar planning, research for upcoming trips, etc!
LOCATION: Malibu, CA (Greater Los Angeles Area))
SCHEDULE: 40 Hours/Week Guaranteed. 3-5 Days/Week (Typical Working Hours Are 6:30AM-4PM). Days will shift each week (they do a 2-2-3 custody schedule) and will involve a mix of weekday and weekend shifts- you MUST be flexible to adjust the schedule weekly.
COMPENSATION: $45/hr Gross
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent RECENT Toddler Experience
- 5+ Years of Experience
- Valid Passport + Travel READY
- Pet Friendly (they have an English Bulldog)
- Longevity in past roles + looking for a long-term commitment
- Comfortable Swimming IDEAL but not required
