Wonderful return clients are seeking a Fabulous Full-Time Family Assistant to support a busy, high-energy household with seven children (ages 3–13) alongside an existing team. The family is currently renting in Culver City until their Beverlywood home renovation is complete in January, and this role will actively assist with the upcoming move.
This position is ideal for a proactive, hyper-organized, tech-savvy candidate who can think three steps ahead, create systems, and manage projects with minimal direction. The family is looking for someone who can “do what mom does, ” anticipate needs, handle logistics, and keep the household running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage household logistics, orders, scheduling, and follow-up
- Plan and coordinate children’s needs (birthday parties, school supplies, books, uniforms, etc.)
- Track and restock household supplies (liaise with the full time housekeeper)
- Create checklists, delegate tasks, and oversee vendors or service providers
- Oversee organization projects (ex: cabinets, closets, inventory) and manage vendors completing the work
- Assist with move preparation now and again in January when moving back to Beverlywood
- Occasionally drive children to school/activities and assist with appointments
- General household support & backup to existing team as needed
LOCATION: Currently in Culver City, Moving back to Beverlywood in January
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:00/9:00 AM -4:00/5:00PM
40 hours/week, up to 50 hours on occasion. Occasional weekends with advance notice
COMPENSATION: $35–$45/hr DOE (on payroll plus health insurance stipend)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior Family Assistant experience in a busy household
- Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-driven
- Tech savvy, comfortable with spreadsheets, online orders, shared calendars, task apps
- Comfortable working in a busy home with a housekeeper and two nannies.
- Clean driving record
- Up to date on TDAP & MMR
- Willing to sign NDA
