Jet-Setting UHNW Family based in Atlanta is seeking a seasoned, full-time nanny to join their household team and provide exceptional care for their 2 boys (both under the age of 3). These bright, energetic boys are spirited, emotionally expressive, and always on the move—so the family is looking for a confident, highly experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, child-centered environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of toddler development, a calm and joyful demeanor, and the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate experiences both at home and out in the world. This is a role for a true go-getter—someone who’s up for anything, embraces variety, and brings a no-task-too-big-or-too-small mentality to their work. The family values flexibility and spontaneity, and they’re seeking a nanny who is comfortable adapting in real time and rolling with the unexpected. You’ll have significant autonomy in this role, with full responsibility for managing the children’s routines, coordinating enriching outings, supporting developmental milestones, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment. Duties also include daily care (meals, baths, diapers/potty training), organizing the children’s spaces, handling kid-related laundry, errands, and travel prep. Travel is a regular part of the job, and the nanny must be fully available during trips—providing 24/7 care and sharing a room with the children while away (trips are generally 3-10 days at a time).
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (Live-out position; open to all U.S. candidates willing to relocate)
