Embark on an exciting journey with a dynamic family and their darling 1-year-old daughter who is always on the move! This adventurous household splits their time between Dallas and Las Vegas, with frequent domestic and international travel, and they’re looking for a superstar nanny to keep up with their fast-paced, ever-evolving lifestyle. As the primary caregiver, you’ll ensure the child’s well-being, facilitate developmental activities, and nurture her growth. Flexibility is key as the family continues to refine their parenting and educational approach. When mom or dad (both work from home) spend time with their daughter, you’ll assist with household tasks like organizing, managing vendors, running errands, and overseeing daily home needs (housekeepers are already in place). With frequent travel, you’ll accompany the family on thrilling domestic and international trips, embracing the unpredictability of their schedules. Discretion and the ability to anticipate their needs are essential, as they deeply value privacy.
LOCATION: Dallas, TX & Las Vegas, NV (with frequent travel)
NOTE: Position is LIVE-OUT; candidates should be based in Dallas or Las Vegas. Open to all US applicants, but relocation will be your responsibility.
SCHEDULE: General schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 6:00/7:00 PM with flexibility for weekends; however, flexibility is KEY! Family will guarantee 50 hours per week.
COMPENSATION: Target annual salary of $125-150K DOE, based on 50 hours weekly, with additional opportunities for overtime depending on family travel.
