A warm and welcoming family in the heart of LA’s beautiful Brentwood neighborhood is seeking a passionate, experienced, and dynamic bilingual nanny to care for their two sweet children, ages 1 and 3. Their wonderful current nanny is only stepping away to start a family of her own and will be transitioning out of the role by the end of summer. To start, you’ll be guaranteed 40 hours per week. Once the current nanny departs, the schedule will increase to 48–60 hours per week, including a mix of 12-hour to 24-hour shifts. A private bedroom and bathroom will be provided for overnight stays.
DUTIES:
- Provide loving, engaging, and attentive care for two young children
- Handle all aspects of childcare, including meal prep, maintaining routines, and managing schedules.
- Speak Spanish to the children to foster language development
- Create a stimulating, nurturing environment that promotes growth, learning, and creativity.
- Manage light child-related housekeeping (laundry, toy organization, tidying up after activities, etc.).
- Travel with the family as needed, including extended stays.

SCHEDULE:
- Now – Summer: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, with a schedule provided one month in advance. You’ll work a mix of 12- and 24-hour shifts—for example, one week might include two 24-hour shifts, while the next could have three 12–13 hour shifts.
- Summer Onward: Four 24-hour shifts per week (up to 96 hours) until both children are consistently sleeping through the night. At that point, the schedule will shift to four 12-hour days per week.
COMPENSATION: $45-50/hour
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of full-time nanny experience
- Experience caring for two young children simultaneously
- Fluency in Spanish (non-negotiable)
- Energetic, active, and able to keep up with busy toddlers
- Passport-ready!
- Open to family travel, including extended stays
- Knowledgeable in current childcare practices and child development
- Cat Friendly – No allergies please!
- Up to date on TDAP and MMR vaccinations
