Join a wonderful Malibu family with an adorable toddler boy (20 months) and a second baby arriving July 2026! They’re based in Eastern Malibu and absolutely adore their current PT nanny (placed through WSN!), but she’s transitioning careers – so they’re looking for someone special to step in starting January. These dual-working, hands-on parents will be in and out throughout the day, and they’re seeking a nanny who can confidently take the reins and keep everything running smoothly.
Your days will be spent with their lively, affectionate little guy – he’s all about trucks, trains, park time, “cooking,” art projects, and reading. His vocabulary is coming along slowly, so they’re looking for someone who will talk with him constantly, narrate the day, and read, read, read! In July, he’ll begin preschool (schedule TBD) just as baby #2 arrives. The family anticipates support with school drop-offs/pick-ups, newborn care, simple meal prep, light housekeeping, and general household/family assistance. Their ideal nanny is confident navigating developmental milestones from newborn through toddlerhood, proactive about maintaining routines, and adaptable as their needs shift while growing to a family of four.
LOCATION: Malibu, CA (near LA County Fire Dept. Station 70)
SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm; please be flexible as hours may adjust slightly once the new baby arrives.
RATE: $35/hr gross
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Safe & reliable kid-friendly vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Tdap vaccine required
- Valid passport + flexibility to travel – the family frequently visits Cabo and loves bringing their nanny!
