Top Notch TEMP Nanny NEEDED for wonderful family in Sherman Oaks! These dual-working parents have 2 super sweet kiddos, ages 2 and 8 years, and are looking to add to their current nanny team! This is a very child centric role, and the main focus is keeping the kids active and having fun, while maintaining their safety at all times. Duties will include preparing kids meals, mapping out the day ahead of time (activities, projects, games, play dates, etc), driving to activities (using designated nanny vehicle) planning educational activities, cleaning up after the kids (toys, dishes, etc), helping with their laundry, and following bedtime routine (bathing, brushing teeth, reading books, etc). The family is staffed and they have a housekeeper and assistants, but are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude and will pitch in as needed to help to team and family.
LOCATION: Sherman Oaks, CA (Greater Los Angeles Area)
SCHEDULE: The general schedule is 12+hrs/day ~8am-8pm on the following dates: Nov 27, Dec 7 + 8, Dec 11 + 15, Dec 18 + 22 with possibility of extending the contract
COMPENSATION: $35/hr gross + applicable OT (on payroll)

- Team Player Mentality and comfortable with household staff
- Strong Communication Skills
- MUST Know How to Swim – Pool on Property

This family is all about FUN, so you should be playful, energetic, proactive in planning fun activities and outings, up for ADVENTURE, and of course, active enough to chase after 2 busy boys! Keep in mind, these kids are interested in different things and also very different developmentally, it is imperative that you have the skills necessary to plan activities that allow both kids to participate, and can bridge the 6-year age gap. Both mom and dad are very hands on and have a fun playful energy as well.
