Confident + Experienced NCS needed in Santa Monica starting July 2025. Duties will include everything from potentially helping mom navigate breastfeeding and/or preparing bottles, managing night feedings and diaper changes, washing/sanitizing bottles (or pump parts), and keeping the nursery organized and stocked. The family would also love some help with light tidying the babies things and helping with baby laundry.
Mom is having a planned c-section and is not exactly sure when she will be permitted to go home, but it will be a few days after her due date (July 26th). She will be eager to hear your opinions and get your guidance and input, as she is a first time mom and will lean on your for your knowledge! She is looking for someone who can step in and take charge and is confident in their abilities. She does have dogs but they will either be with another family member or will be in her room with her. Mom also is allergic to garlic, onions and cat dander, so it’s important that you practice good hygiene with your clothes, etc so that you don’t trigger a migraine.
LOCATION: Santa Monica, CA
START: Due Date is July 26th- Booking is for 4 Weeks (potential to extend based on availability)
SCHEDULE: Weeks 1, 2 + 3: 7 nights/wk 8AM-8PM, Week 4: 3-4 nights/wk 8AM-8PM
COMPENSATION: $40-$45/hr depending on experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Up to date on current + research-based safe sleep methods and standards for newborn and infant care
- Fully up to date on vaccinations including TDAP and MMR, flu
- Non-Smoker
