Nurturing, playful and easygoing Nanny NEEDED for highly coveted ROTA schedule! In this Tampa, FL based position you will work 1 week ON/1 week OFF, caring for 2 kiddos (1 + 2 years). They are open to ALL US Candidates, but they will not be flying you in/out, so please ONLY apply if you’re local to the Tampa area, or willing to relocate (they will offer relocation assistance). Mom is SAH and dad travels a lot for work, so their nannies are incredibly important to them. They are the sweetest family, and have one nanny in place (who they adore!) and they are looking for their last missing puzzle piece. This family lives a very active and busy lifestyle, often traveling between FL, Orange County (CA), and Canada (primarily Toronto). No two days will be the same, and travel is often planned with little notice, so please be flexible and up for many adventures! You will tag-team with mom to provide care for both kiddos, so please be comfortable working as a team!
LOCATION: Tampa, FL
SCHEDULE: 7 Days ON/7 Days OFF (you will live-in during your shift, with general work hours 6:30am-8:30pm – must be willing to work longer days as needed). MUST be willing to work 14 days on/off when family is traveling for extended periods of time.
COMPENSATION: Target annual salary is $75K (for 26 weeks of work!!)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual (Spanish or French)
- MUST have Experience Caring for 2 young children
- Knowledge of Ages/Stages + Developmental Milestones
- Valid Passport – travel ready! (trial will likely be in Canada)
- Must be water safe + comfortable supervising children in the pool
- Great Communicator + Strong Team Player
- Covid/Flu vaccines NOT required
- Dog friendly (while they don’t have one yet, they hope to get a large breed dog in the future!)
