First-time parents in Woodland Hills are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and nurturing Part-Time Nanny to care for their daughter, who will be 17 months old when the position begins this January. They are hoping to find someone warm, confident, and developmentally savvy who can support them as their little one continues to grow and reach new milestones.
This role will focus on all aspects of toddler care, helping create a safe, engaging, and loving environment while also offering light household support. If you adore toddlers and thrive in a calm, supportive home, this is a wonderful match!
DUTIES:
- Full toddler care: feeding, changing, monitoring naps, and maintaining daily routines
- Engage the child through reading, singing, sensory play, age-appropriate activities, and outdoor time
- Support developmental milestones and keep parents informed of progress
- Organize and tidy the child’s bedroom, play areas, and general spaces
- Child laundry + keeping items (bottles, dishes, toys) clean and sanitized
- Prepare simple snacks and meals for the child
- General household assistance
LOCATION: Woodland Hills, CA
SCHEDULE: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
. Flexibility to stay later on occasion or assist on weekends/other days with advanced notice.
COMPENSATION: $35/hr
REQUIREMENTS:
- Recent toddler experience (must be confident with ages 1–2)
- Strong understanding of developmental milestones
- CPR Certified
- Pet friendly — the family has a dog
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Warm, nurturing, gentle presence with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable supporting first-time parents and offering guidance when appropriate
- Bonus: Child Development education or coursework

- Up to date on TDAP and MMR
