Awesome Return Clients located in Malibu are seeking a professional part-time housekeeper! They have one child (and a full-time nanny that works M-F). Their dream housekeeper is meticulous, detail oriented and works quickly. They keep their house is tip top shape and their nanny helps to ensure that their toddlers room stays tidy as well, your role will involve deep cleaning each room each shift, handling laundry (ironing + folding + putting the laundry where it belongs) and ensuring everything is spotless. They also would like their housekeeper to love children and be willing to keep an extra eye on their son (his nanny will also be there). Additionally they would like their housekeeper to enjoy cooking and be willing to cook a meal each shift. The home is just about 3200 sqft home (3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths), no pets.
LOCATION: Malibu, CA (Greater Los Angeles Area)
SCHEDULE: Monday + Friday OR Tuesday + Friday (2 days per week, 6-8 hours/day)
COMPENSATION: $30-$35/hr gross
REQUIREMENTS:
- Works Quickly (Can Confidently Clean Each Room in an Hour)
- Must LOVE Cooking + Be Willing to Cook a Meal Each Shift
- Dependable and reliable is a must – no exceptions!
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Fully up to date on all primary vaccinations including Tdap, annual flu shot and covid/boosters!
- Dog-friendly – family has a small Poodle mix (Hypoallergenic)
- Bilingual – Spanish/English (would love someone to speak to son in Spanish only)
DUTIES:
- Washing laundry, folding, ironing + organizing clothes for the household
- Taking out the trash, doing the dishes, etc…
- Cleaning floors (sweeping mopping), vacuuming, etc…
- Washing Bed linens + Making the Beds Daily
- Cleaning Windows
- Dusting + Wiping Down Counters/Appliances
- Cooking a simple/quick meal each shift
