A wonderful HNW/HP family in LA’s stunning Brentwood neighborhood is on the lookout for an exceptional nanny to add to their ROTA team, caring for their adorable 2-year-old daughter! They also recently welcomed a new baby to the family, but are staffed with a baby nurse, and will not need care for him for a while. This is an amazing 7-days on/7-days off schedule, where you’ll live in during your shift and provide 24-hour care for their little one. She sleeps through the night, but you’ll be on monitor duty to ensure her comfort – you will have a private room, separate from the child. This child-focused role allows you to engage fully with their daughter, as the household is already staffed with three full-time housekeepers. However, the nanny is expected to help prepare meals for the child, handle her laundry, and keep her nursery and play areas tidy after activities and meals.
LOCATION: Brentwood, Los Angeles, CA (90049)
SCHEDULE: 7 Days ON/OFF (24-hour coverage)
COMPENSATION: Target annual salary of $105K Gross
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Open to travel + passport ready
- Comfortable around dogs (they have a sweet medium-sized dog)
- Must be a strong swimmer (they have a pool)
- Impeccable driving record (Nanny car provided while working)
- Active – they live on 3-acre property with playground, pool, etc!
- Local to Greater Los Angeles Area (Not considering out-of-state candidates or those needing to relocate – must already have roots in the LA/SoCal area)
The perfect candidate has over 5 years of full-time nanny experience, particularly with toddlers, and a strong grasp of child development and developmental milestones. You should have a history of loyalty and longevity in previous roles, with glowing references to match! A love for adventure is key – you’ll enjoy outdoor play, driving her to fun activities and playdates (using provided nanny car), and joining the family for travel. They often travel to New York, have a home in the Carribbean, and typically spend one month in Europe each summer and take their nannies along for the experience!
