A returning UHNW family based on the Upper East Side of Manhattan is seeking an experienced and highly flexible ROTA Nanny to care for their three boys—an active 4-year-old and sweet 1.5-year-old twins. The family employs a team of four full-time nannies who rotate in pairs, so you’ll always be working alongside another nanny during your two-week shift. This is a live-in role during your working weeks, with a private bedroom and bathroom provided. The schedule is 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, with 16-hour days starting at 6:30 AM. The family will cover round-trip flights for each rotation if you’re not local to NYC. Although primarily based in Manhattan, the family frequently travels to the Hamptons, Los Angeles, Florida, and the Bahamas, with additional domestic and international travel as well. Trips can be spontaneous, so flexibility and a spirit of adventure are essential. Accommodations are always provided, and all travel is private—discretion is an absolute must.
LOCATION: New York City (Upper East Side)
SCHEDULE: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, 16-hour days (Starting at 6:30am)
COMPENSATION: Target annual salary of $130,000 gross + monthly health insurance stipend
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience w/ages 1-5; Twin experience is a plus
- Prior ROTA and travel-heavy nanny roles strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of developmental milestones and early childhood education
- Comfortable working in a fully staffed home (team of nannies, chef, housekeeper, PA)
- A strong team player who communicates well and thrives in a collaborative environment
- Must hold a valid passport and be open to frequent travel
- Up-to-date on Tdap and annual flu shot; Covid vaccine preferred (initial series)
