A wonderful family on LA’s Westside is seeking an experienced ROTA Nanny to provide exceptional care for their twin toddlers. This is a full-time rotational role, offering 7 days on/7 days off with live-in accommodations during working shifts. The household values consistency, structure, and joyful engagement. Both children are excellent sleepers and have consistently slept through the night since age one (keep in mind you will be responsible for the monitors overnight). During your on-week, you’ll be fully responsible for all child-related care including morning routines, simple breakfast prep, school drop-offs/pick-ups (using provided nanny car), planning fun and age-appropriate activities and outings, supporting healthy routines that foster independence and light housekeeping related to the kids (laundry, dishes, keeping play areas neat and tidy, etc). Lunches and dinners will be prepared for both the nanny and the kids, so cooking is minimal and limited to simple breakfasts. The home is set up thoughtfully for success, with the nanny’s private bedroom/bathroom and the children’s bedrooms and playroom all located on the same floor.
NOTE: The family is open to candidates outside the LA area, but they are not offering relocation assistance and are not interested in a fly-in/fly-out arrangement.
