ROTA Team Needed for Infant Preemie Twins in Brentwood, LA! The twins (boy/girl) are currently 6 months old (roughly 4 months old developmentally). Both are bottle fed formula and are already on a solid schedule implemented by the NICU + their NCS team. You will be responsible for keeping the twins on their schedule, handling feedings, diaper changes, and tending to their laundry + bottle sanitization during nap time (they treat the laundry as a shared responsibility, it won’t only be your job, everyone on the team pitches in during their shift).
LOCATION: Brentwood (Greater Los Angeles Area)
SCHEDULE: Monday-Sunday 7AM-7PM (ROTA: 1 week on/1 week off)
COMPENSATION: $40-$45/hour gross, depending on experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fully vaccinated for COVID (including all eligible boosters)
- Strong experience with multiples/twins or caring two young children close in age at once
- Pet friendly, they have a Golden Retriever at home!
The ideal nanny is nurturing, calm, loving, and incredibly professional (respects boundaries, and knows when to step in and out). You must have experience introducing solid foods, and be open to making organic meals + purees for the babies. A strong working knowledge of child development/ages and stages is desired as well! Communication is a must as well to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding the little ones, their goal is to have their children have proper manners so they need their team of nannies to be sweet yet disciplinary.
