First-time parents in Studio City are in search of a professional part-time TEMP (possibly permanent full time) nanny for their 10 week-old baby girl (this will be his age at the start of employment)! They are looking for someone exceptional to assist them beginning March through June – and potentially longer (for the right person)! The ideal candidate is patient, warm, and, is attentive to their baby’s developmental needs, and LOVES working with babies!

LOCATION: Studio City, CA (Greater Los Angeles Area)

DATES: March 1 – June 1 ( This is a ‘temp to perm’ opportunity; with the possibility of extending to full-time permanent for the right person)

SCHEDULE: Tuesday/Thursday/Fri from 7:00am-5:00pm with the possibility to go full time in June, not required.

COMPENSATION: $30-$35/hour

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience working with infants
  • Solid knowledge of ages and stages of development and ability to plan age-appropriate activities
  • Tdap, MMR, and Flu vaccine required.

This is a childcare-focused role, so anything from feeding, changing and dressing her, washing bottles, sanitizing toys, doing baby laundry, keeping her nursery and play areas tidy, engaging in age-appropriate play (aka taking stroller walks, reading books, singing songs etc.) and ensuring she’s meeting milestones, keeping her stimulated + engaged, and general household assistance! Please note that mom is going back to school in March and the grandparents are also in and out of the house.
