First-time parents in the Miracle Mile/La Brea neighborhood are seeking a warm, confident, and experienced Temporary Part-Time Nanny to join their family ASAP through the end of December 2026, with the possibility of extending into early 2027 if their daughter remains on the daycare waitlist. Their sweet, happy, and easygoing 4-week-old daughter is formula-fed, and the family uses a Baby Brezza to help streamline bottle preparation. Mom is looking for a true partner who can confidently step in, take initiative, and independently manage all aspects of infant care while she gets some much-needed rest. Responsibilities include maintaining baby’s feeding and sleep schedule, preparing and cleaning bottles, diapering, soothing, engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities, baby laundry, keeping the nursery and baby items organized and sanitized, and ensuring all baby-related tasks are completed proactively. Toward the end of the assignment (mid-November through December), one set of grandparents will be staying in the home, so comfort working alongside extended family is important.

LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA (90036)

START DATE: ASAP

SCHEDULE: 2 days per week (flexible), through the end of December 2026. Dad will be traveling September 7-11, and Mom would appreciate 1-2 additional days of coverage that week if available. The family would also love occasional Monday and/or Wednesday evening availability, if the nanny is open to it. Potential opportunity to extend into early 2027 depending on daycare availability.

COMPENSATION: $30/hour gross

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ Years of Newborn Experience required
• Current Tdap & flu vaccines; Covid vaccine preferred
• Comfortable independently managing all aspects of newborn care with minimal oversight
• Pet friendly; the family has two cats and one dog (no pet care required)
• Reliable, proactive, and confident supporting first-time parents
• Korean-speaking is a wonderful bonus, but not required
