Calling All Top Notch Career Nannies! We have a HP family looking to hire an incredibly passionate and professional nanny for their 2 year old son! It is imperative that you are confident in your abilities and understand how important discretion is when working with high profile clientele. This role will require quite a bit of flexibility to work occasionally long weeks and the ability to travel with the family for extended periods of time (or stay back home with their son).

LOCATION: Calabasas, CA

SCHEDULE: 40-50+ hours/week starting at 9AM (you will primarily work Monday-Friday, other weeks will require weekend coverage – flexibility is KEY! Additionally, some weeks you will only be needed part-time, but you will be guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours worth of pay weekly)

COMPENSATION: $40-$45/hr Gross Depending on Candidate Experience & Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Extensive Experience with Toddlers (can turn day to day activities into learning experiences)
• Valid Passport + Ability to Travel for extended periods of time (sometimes with little notice, currently they travel about 2x a month but by the end of the year it will become more frequent)
• Top Tier Communication Skills
• Covid vaccinated (+boosters) + all other primary vaccinations (Tdap, MMR, etc).

The parents are very hands on so you MUST be comfortable taking direction, be open to feedback (never defensive), and be able to maintain their established schedule/routine. You should be open minded, easygoing and not too set in your ways. The ideal candidate is calm, patient, flexible, personable, positive, dedicated, safety conscious, uses common sense, has strong communication skills, and knows when to step in and when to step out. This is a long-term position, and the family is looking for someone who is very committed to growing with their family.
