Proactive + Resourceful City-Savvy House Manager NEEDED for UHNW Family based in NYC! These are amazing return clients, and trust us when we say – this is THE family you WANT to work for! This household is fully staffed with a team of 2 nannies (soon to be 4), 2-3 NCS, housekeeper and full-time chef, and they are looking for an incredible House Manager who can handle scheduling, household vendors, admin tasks, account management, ensure the household is fully functioning, and be the main point of contact (instead of mom). If you are hyper organized, efficient, structured, a creative problem solver, master of logistics, and multitasker extraordinaire, keep reading! LOCATION: Upper East Side, NYC

SCHEDULE: Primarily Mon-Fri; this job will be comprised of primarily remote work
COMPENSATION: $100-150K gross DOE, PLUS 401K match & Health Insurance stipend
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST live in New York City
- Experience Working in Fully Staffed Home
- 5+ Years of Full-Time Experience (Family Assistant or House Manager)
- Open to Occasional Travel to various residences throughout US
- Excellent Communicator (verbal, written, interpersonal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Superb time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Tech Savvy; Proficient with MAC or related software
- Flexibility + Adaptability are KEY! Must be up for changing circumstances, priorities, and schedules as required
