Wonderful HP/HNW Bicoastal Family based in Newport Beach, CA + West Palm Beach, FL is seeking support for their growing family! They have a 2-year-old son and a baby girl due in February, and are looking to hire the best of the best to support them during this very exciting (but busy!) time. Your typical schedule will be 5 days a week (combo of weekends and weekdays – flexibility is KEY!), typically 10-12 hours a day. In this role you will be working alongside mom (who works, but is often at home), and additional household staff, so a strong team mentality is required. While their daughter will have specialized care for the first few months, they are looking for a nanny who is well versed in newborn, infant and toddler care, and will thrive when watching 2 young children simultaneously.
General duties will include preparing bottles + toddler friendly meals, after meal clean-up (dishes, wiping down the high chair, etc), changing diapers, potty training, bath time, planning fun and educational activities and projects, reading lots of books, working on fine/gross motor skills, engaging in lots of play, keeping their rooms/play areas neat and tidy, ensuring the nursery and diaper bags are stocked, doing kid laundry and tracking developmental milestones! The family LOVES all things educational, so a background in child development or teaching would be a HUGE plus. They are looking for a nanny who will come in with a plan, establish great routines and structure, and who can help these little kids grow mentally, physically and emotionally.
