Proactive + Resourceful City-Savvy Family Assistant/Kid Manager NEEDED for HNW Family with 3 school-age girls, based in NYC (with frequent travel to LA)! Family is open to ALL US Candidates (as long as you’re willing to relocate); however, they will prioritize NYC + LA based candidates. Position is live-out. In this role you will manage all aspects of the children’s lives; from school pick up and afternoon/evening care, to coordinating activities, play dates and appointments, researching/booking travel/extracurriculars, acting as a liaison with coaches and teachers, communicating with household staff (housekeeper, driver, assistants, etc.), managing household inventory, simple meal prep for the kids, ensuring school work is completed, getting them ready for the next day, and communicating effectively throughout the day with parents, their assistants and the girls. LOCATION: Upper West Side, NYC
START DATE: Mid-August (or sooner if possible!)
SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 40-50 hours (+ occasional weekends); typical in-person hours 1/2pm-7/8pm (with additional tasks done remotely in the mornings)
COMPENSATION: Target Annual Salary is $100K, PLUS Health Insurance!!
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ Years of Full-Time Experience (Nanny or Assistant)
- Strong Experience with Ages 7-15 Years
- Pet Friendly; No (Cat/Dog/Horse) Allergies
- Valid Passport + Experience Traveling with Families
- Flexible + Open to Travel (International + Domestics)
- Strong Preference for Education/Teaching Background
- Strong Driving Record (Driving NOT Required in NYC, but will be in LA)
- Swimmers Preferred (although not required)
