A lively and loving family of five is soon relocating from Washington, D.C., to Los Angeles, and they’re looking for a Top-Notch Nanny to join their adventure!
***While they had initially planned to land in Pacific Palisades, they no longer have a home to move to and will need to pivot. They are strongly considering the Beverly Hills / Beverlywood area. Due to the location being a bit of a moving target – they are thinking a live-in nanny may be the best fit at this time. Open to live-in, live-in during your shift (go home on weekends), or live-out.***
With three little ones (18 months, 3 years, and 5 years old), they’re eager to find a reliable, proactive, and energetic nanny who will not only help them settle into sunny LA life but also become an integral part of their family dynamic. The two older kids will be in school during the day, so much of your time will be spent with their toddler. Both parents juggle demanding work schedules but cherish hands-on time with their children. They value a nanny who intuitively knows when to step in and support the household or step back to allow for precious family moments. During the school year, your schedule will typically be M-F 8a–6p, shifting to a later schedule in the fall (12p-8pm), when all of the kids are in school. Flexibility is key! Your role will encompass a mix of childcare and household management, including:
- Managing the kids’ schedules and family calendar.
- Handling school pickups and driving to activities (using your car as needed).
- Planning and organizing exciting activities and playdates.
- Engaging in creative, hands-on play.
- Kids’ laundry and keeping their rooms, play areas, and common spaces tidy and organized.
- Managing household vendors and running errands
- Grocery shopping and preparing simple family dinners

SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm (50 hours weekly)
- In Oct 2025 the schedule will shift to Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm (40 hours weekly).
- If you’re open to additional evenings/weekend hours, they would gladly add those on!
RATE: $32–$35/hr gross DOE + Health Insurance Stipend
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly dependable and punctual.
- Glowing references that highlight your professionalism, reliability, and warmth.
- Proven longevity in past nanny roles, demonstrating your commitment and stability.
- Ready to travel! The family takes trips approximately once per quarter (San Diego, NYC summers, and potential international adventures), and they’d love to bring their nanny along!
- Experience traveling with families is a big plus.
