With over 5 years of experience in the childcare world – including as a camp counselor, theatre instructor, and nanny – Elena has been able to combine her passions for kids and helping people in her role at Westside Nannies. She originally joined our WN team as a nanny in 2016, and we were over the moon when she returned as our brilliant Recruiter in 2020! Since then, Elena’s creative genius and deep understanding of people have led her to her current role as Director of Marketing, where she brings the same heart and imagination to every project she touches.
A talented creative, Elena is a lover of people, nature, and the arts. She started in theatre when she was only 7, went on to graduate from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, and now doubles as a marketing visionary and musical theatre star! Her willingness to grow, learn, and evolve makes her the type of person you want to surround yourself with. It is rare to catch Elena without a smile, and hard to conceal yours once you see hers!
Her empathy, intuition, and ability to connect deeply with others make her a natural fit for leading our marketing efforts. Whether she’s crafting campaigns, telling the stories of our incredible nannies and families, or finding creative ways to share the heart of Westside Nannies with the world, Elena approaches everything with authenticity and care. And whether something falls within her “job description” or not, she’s always willing to go the extra mile – bringing warmth, positivity, and creative magic to every corner of our team.
In her free time, you can find her outdoors, cooking her favorite vegetarian meals, traveling (she has been to over 30 countries!), or smothering her pit bull mix with love. Elena has truly redefined the term “teammate” within our company, and we know you’ll love her just as much as we do!
