A Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), commonly referred to as a baby nurse, night nurse, or night nanny, is an experienced professional with extensive newborn experience and training. Newborn Care Specialists provide invaluable support during the first weeks and months of your baby’s life and typically work 10-12 hour overnight or 24-hour shifts. Our clients often say that hiring an NCS was the best investment they made as it allowed them to truly enjoy every moment with their newborn while getting much needed rest and expert support.
