A Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), commonly referred to as a baby nurse, night nurse, or night nanny, is an experienced professional with extensive newborn experience and training. Newborn Care Specialists provide invaluable support during the first weeks and months of your baby’s life and typically work 10-12 hour overnight or 24-hour shifts.
