A loving family in Woodland Hills is looking for a warm, reliable, and engaging nanny/housekeeper to join their household and care for their two sweet boys, ages 2 years and 11 months. This role is a wonderful blend of childcare and household support, perfect for someone who enjoys keeping little ones engaged while also helping to keep the home running smoothly.
The family is seeking a candidate with at least 40 hours of availability each week and an eagerness to work more hours, typically from 6/7 AM to 4/5 PM. Flexibility is key, as hours may occasionally run a bit over. The nanny will spend the day engaging the children through age-appropriate play, activities, and learning, from practicing letters and numbers to enjoying structured routines, park visits, and classes. The parents are involved and hands-on, with mom often around during the day and dad away at work for a few hours, so someone comfortable working as a team is a great fit.
The family offers $35–$40/hour, with occasional overnight care requested on Friday or Saturday evenings for date nights. Some travel may also be involved, typically 4–5 day trips, so a valid passport is required. Their home has a gated pool, and they’re looking for a candidate with a reasonable commute to Woodland Hills.

In addition to childcare, the role includes light housekeeping, primarily related to the children as well as overall household tidiness- keeping play areas organized, the home and general living areas neat (kitchen, family room, etc), and the boys’ rooms in order. No deep cleaning is required, as the family has a service for that, but laundry for the household and meal preparation for the children will be part of the daily routine. With a three-hour nap window each day, there’s plenty of time to focus on household tasks.
The ideal candidate is nurturing, knowledgeable about early childhood development, and can provide both structure and fun throughout the day. Someone who loves creating routines, engaging little minds, and keeping the home organized will thrive in this role. A car is required for school runs, outings, and adventures, and the nanny must be comfortable with three very friendly dogs in the home (no pet care required).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, organized, and engaging nanny/housekeeper who is excited to grow with a loving family and play an important role in their children’s early years.
