A loving, easygoing bicoastal family is seeking a professional and educationally focused full-time nanny to care for their bright and curious 3-year-old daughter. The family splits their time evenly between Las Vegas and Jersey City, NJ, spending approximately six months in each location.Preference will be given to candidates based in either the Las Vegas or New York/New Jersey area. However, for the right candidate, the family is open to providing a relocation stipend and can offer housing while in Las Vegas.
Duties Include:
- Creating and leading Montessori-inspired, developmentally appropriate activities
- Promoting language, social, and creative development
- Engaging in outdoor play and supporting an active lifestyle
- Managing all child-related tasks (toys, clothing, tidying)
- Preparing healthy meals/snacks for the child
- Light housekeeping and errands while the child naps
LOCATION: Las Vegas, NV + Jersey City, NJ (6 months in each location)
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm with flexibility for earlier/later hours or occasional weekends with notice
COMPENSATION: $35–$45/hour DOE on payroll
RELOCATION: Stipend available
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of nanny or early childhood education experience
- Strong knowledge of developmental milestones and child-led learning
- Background in Montessori or play-based learning preferred
- Comfortable with travel and living in two locations
- High-profile family experience is a plus
- Fully vaccinated (TDAP, MMR, flu)
- Professional, discreet, and committed to long-term employment
