Private bedroom provided at all locations and while traveling with the family. Dad is a professional athlete, so the family’s lifestyle is fast-paced and travel-heavy, and they need someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable navigating a dynamic household. Mom is very hands-on and looking for a teammate who can seamlessly step in to help manage the children, home routines, and family logistics. This family employs a private chef, which means your focus will remain primarily on the children and their day-to-day needs – though you’ll also assist with light household tasks and organization.

LOCATION + TRAVEL:
- Oct–Jan: Nashville (Off-season)
- Feb–Mar: Florida (Spring Training)
- Apr–Sept: Boston, MA + Travel (In-season)
SCHEDULE:
- You should have a 24/7 mindset. Flexibility is essential – hours and days off shift based on dad’s travel.
- In Season: expect longer days (ex: 7 AM–8 PM when dad is on the road)
- Off-season: expect shorter days and more time off, as both parents are present and engaged. Your role may include more household support while the parents spend time with the kids
- Spring Training: shorter days, 7 days per week (2 months)
COMPENSATION: Target Annual Salary: $120K annually (PLUS you will have no housing/vehicle expenses & chef prepared meals)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong experience with children ages 0–5
- Previous live-in and travel nannying experience
- Confident swimmer & active lifestyle
- Comfortable around pets (no allergies)
- Flexible, discreet, and professional in high-profile environments
