A dynamic, globally mobile family is seeking two exceptional private educators to lead fully customized homeschooling programs for their two children. THE ROLE
Each educator will:
- Take full ownership of one child’s academic journey
- Design a bespoke, engaging curriculum tailored to that child’s strengths and learning style
- Collaborate closely with a co-educator to ensure alignment, consistency, and shared experiences
- Bring creativity, structure, and intellectual curiosity into a highly dynamic environment
DUTIES
- Deliver engaging instruction across core subjects (math, science, language arts, social studies)
- Incorporate travel, culture, and hands-on experiences into daily learning
- Adapt teaching strategies to support different learning styles, including ADHD-informed approaches
- Track progress, maintain records, and provide thoughtful updates to parents
- Partner regularly with the co-educator to align curriculum and schedules
- Provide occasional child-related support as needed (dedicated caregiver in place)
LOCATION: Pacific Palisades (with extensive international travel)
START DATE: JUNE 2026
SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week; flexibility required)
COMPENSATION: $150,000–$200,000/year DOE + benefits, paid travel, and discretionary bonus. ( Relocation assistance offered for non-LA-based candidates)
CHILDREN: 8-year-old girl and 12-year-old boy
TRAVEL
This is a fully travel-based role offering a truly unique lifestyle:
- Time spent in Los Angeles (Pacific Palisades), Paris, and Miami
- Summers in Europe
- Additional travel across Europe, Asia, and Australia
- Travel privately with the family
- Be provided housing (live-in or private accommodations depending on location)
- Be paid for travel time
- Typically work weekdays, with weekends off, but must be FLEXIBLE
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Strong teaching background (classroom, private education, or homeschool)
- Experience with curriculum design and individualized instruction
- ADHD experience strongly preferred for one role
- Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
