Incredibly kind and down-to-earth dual-working entertainment couple (writer & producer) in Studio City is seeking an exceptional career nanny to join their family long-term. This is a warm, respectful household that values teamwork, mutual respect, and a calm, steady presence. They are looking for someone who genuinely wants to work, enjoys being busy, and is excited about overtime, travel, and growing with a family. You’ll be supporting two children: an active, bright, and incredibly curious almost-3-year-old boy, and a thriving 3-month-old baby girl. The toddler is articulate, social, and loves learning through play – cars, books, the library, park adventures, indoor play spaces, soccer, swim, gymnastics, and hands-on activities. He does well with structure and boundaries, a solid school routine, and a consistent midday nap. The baby is doing wonderfully, sleeps through the night, and has had excellent newborn support in place thus far (NCS/PPD for days and nights). This role is ideal for a nanny who is gentle, patient, and warm, yet confident setting age-appropriate boundaries in a safe, respectful way. The parents are easygoing and thoughtful – more on the quiet side – so the right nanny will be emotionally intuitive, able to read the room, and not overly big in personality. This is a true team environment built on trust and collaboration. Daily responsibilities include attentive childcare, preparing simple and nutritious meals for the kids, managing outings and activities, and driving (using a provided nanny car). Travel is a meaningful part of this role – both domestic and international – and the family is seeking someone fully travel-ready and comfortable being away for extended periods when needed (their previous nanny spent 4 months with them in London!). While most work this year will be based in LA, future travel is to be expected!
LOCATION: Studio City, CA

SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm
- Flexibility to start earlier or stay later as needed

COMPENSATION: $40–45/hour gross (DOE) + overtime
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Local to Los Angeles (reasonable commute to Studio City!)
- 5+ years of full-time nanny experience
- Experience caring for infants and toddlers simultaneously
- Calm, patient, and emotionally intuitive caregiving style
- Confident setting loving, consistent boundaries
- Strong team player with a respectful, professional approach
- Excited to travel + valid passport (domestic & international; extended trips possible)
- Spotless driving record
- Vaccinations required: Tdap, MMR, annual flu shot, initial COVID series + first booster
