Dynamic dual-working parents in Cheviot Hills are seeking an exceptional full-time nanny to care for their two energetic young boys (ages 1 and 3). This is a long-term opportunity for a highly capable, confident, and proactive nanny who thrives in a structured but active household and can independently manage two small children with ease.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Full care for two young boys (ages 1 and 3)
• Creating engaging, age-appropriate activities (outdoor play, reading, crafts, sensory experiences)
• Supporting toddler transitions and potty training
• Maintaining consistent nap and meal routines
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
• School drop-offs/pick-ups and driving to activities
• Children’s laundry
• Organizing toys and play spaces
• Light tidying related to the children
• Packing and organizing for family travel
• Managing the household and children independently during parent travel
LOCATION: Cheviot Hills, CA
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (40–50 hours per week)
Flexibility required for occasional extended days, overnights, and travel
RATE: $30–$40/hour DOE plus overtime when working over 40 hours a week
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of professional nanny experience (infant & toddler focus)
- • Experience managing two young children simultaneously
- • Confident, strong driver with clean driving record
- • Update on TDAP and MMR vaccines
- • Comfortable with occasional overnight care
- • Travel-ready (passport preferred or willingness to obtain one)
- • Organized, proactive, emotionally intelligent, tech-savvy and self-directed
- • Discreet, professional, and confident running the household independently
