A warm, dynamic family in Beverly Hills is seeking a full-time Family Assistant to become an integral part of their household and team. This role supports bright, happy, and endlessly charming 6-year-old boy/girl twins and two busy, kind, and collaborative dads who truly value partnership, trust, and long-term stability. After years with an exceptional nanny who helped guide every stage of early childhood, the family is excited to welcome someone new for this next chapter—one that blends thoughtful childcare with proactive household management. This is a 60% family assistant / 40% nanny role, ideal for someone who loves anticipating needs, staying organized, and being deeply involved in a family’s day-to-day rhythm!

The schedule is primarily Monday–Friday, 45–55 hours per week, with early morning starts (6:30am, except Thursdays) and flexibility for occasional later evenings when the dads’ work requires it. The kids are in school from 8AM-3PM. M-TH you will handle school pick up at 3PM – the dads handle pick up on Fridays! When the kids get home from school it’s straight into their evening routine (shower, dinner, etc) and once everything is tidied up (toys put away, kids dishes done, etc) you wrap up your shift around 6PM.

The family provides a vehicle for work use, works closely with a long-standing housekeeper and weekend support staff, and places a high value on loyalty and longevity.

During school hours (8AM-3PM), the Family Assistant takes the lead on keeping life running smoothly: managing children’s wardrobes and supplies, staying on top of school correspondence and teachers, organizing activities, tracking medications, grocery shopping, preparing children’s meals (with the bonus of occasionally cooking for the whole family), and generally acting as the calm, capable hub of the household. Afternoons and early evenings focus on school pick-ups, activities like soccer and dance, and guiding the twins through a smooth, joyful evening routine. The children are kind, funny, curious, and emotionally secure, having grown up in a peaceful, low-conflict home where structure and communication prevent issues before they arise.

Extensive travel is part of the role—2–3 trips per year to destinations like Israel, Europe, Hawaii, New York, and London, including an upcoming month-long summer stay in Israel—so a valid passport and love of travel are essential. A polished, professional presence is important, and while Hebrew language skills are a dream bonus, they are not required. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, forward-thinking Family Assistant who wants to truly partner with a wonderful family and grow with them for years to come. These dads are eager to interview and onboard their family assistant so apply now to be considered!
