Experienced Live-In Nanny is needed for a wonderful family in the Palisades with three children (6, 5, and 2). This role is for someone who can keep mornings smooth, manage school runs, support the household rhythm, and anticipate needs before being asked. You will be provided your own separate living quarters in the guest house and a nanny car when you are required to drive the children. The family also employs a full time housekeeper.
DUTIES
- School support: Get kids ready, manage uniforms/backpacks/lunches, school pick-ups/drop-offs as needed (nanny car provided).
- Driving/errands: Safe, confident LA driver; coordinate carpooling, returns, pharmacy, quick market runs.
- Household support: Daily resets of kid/common areas; light organizing; load/unload dishwasher; take out trash when full; pick up items from the floor—own the “leave it better” mindset.
- Meal support: Prep simple, healthy kids’ meals; occasional simple breakfast/eggs for Dad; restock snacks/water; prepare water bottle for husband.
- Team play: Proactively pitch in where needed; partner smoothly with parents and any additional staff/vendors.
- Travel: Pack/unpack kids; maintain routines on the road; international travel as needed
LOCATION: Pacific Palisades, CA
SCHEDULE: Wednesday–Sunday, 6:45 AM–7:45 PM (customary breaks). Flexibility for occasional adjustments appreciated.
COMPENSATION: $30–$35/hr (DOE)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Passport-ready; Must be able to travel internationally.
- Seasoned, mature presence with experience in elevated/HP households; polished, presentable, and discreet.
- Strong household judgment and initiative; “see it, solve it” approach.
