A wonderful opportunity is available for an experienced, confident, and nurturing full-time nanny to join a family in Manhattan Beach with one sweet infant daughter, born in late September. Both parents work full-time, and with Mom returning to the office in mid-January, they are excited to find a nanny who will become a trusted and valued part of their family for years to come. This role is centered on providing exceptional infant care, supporting the baby’s development, establishing healthy routines, and creating a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for her to grow and thrive. The family is hoping to find someone who will truly partner with them through these exciting early years. The family also has a Westside Nannies Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) in place 7 nights a week through mid-January, providing overnight support during baby’s first few months.
LOCATION: Manhattan Beach, CA
START DATE: December 2026
SCHEDULE: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00/7:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a collaborative relationship with parents
- Comfortable working in a home where Grandma is involved and may visit frequently

The ideal candidate is confident, thoughtful, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about supporting both a growing baby and her parents. This family values a nanny who is pragmatic rather than rigid, attentive to safety while maintaining a relaxed approach, and intentional about creating meaningful opportunities for the baby’s intellectual and developmental growth. They would love someone with a breadth of experience who brings warmth, sound judgment, excellent communication, and a calm, understated presence that naturally complements their household. Being able to read the room, adapt to the family’s needs, and appreciate the significance of Mom’s transition back to work will be especially important. If you are an experienced infant nanny looking for a long-term opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a family’s life, we would love to hear from you! Please reach out to apply and share your relevant experience and availability.
