A warm and welcoming family in the Hollywood Hills is seeking an exceptional full-time nanny to care for their spirited and delightful 5-month-old twin girls. These happy little ones may not be identical, but they each have their own unique personalities and are already keeping life fun and exciting! With Mom preparing to return to work, the family is hoping to find a patient, loving, and highly communicative caregiver who will become a trusted partner in supporting the girls’ growth and development.
The schedule is Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the ideal candidate will be confident caring for two infants at once while maintaining a calm, steady presence throughout the day. This is a wonderful opportunity for a nanny who thrives in a structured environment and can gracefully multitask without becoming flustered – especially during those moments when both babies need attention at the same time. The family places a strong emphasis on creating a nurturing, enriching environment filled with daily tummy time, plenty of floor play, and reading to the twins daily!
LOCATION: Hollywood Hills, CA (Greater Los Angeles Area)
SCHEDULE: Tuesday-Friday from 7AM-5PM (40 Hours/Wk)
RATE: $40/hr gross (potentially open to negotiation for candidates with extensive infant/toddler twin experience, longevity in past positions, and ideally child-related education)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 Years Experience
- Experience Working with Infants + Multiples
- Current on Vaccines, Tdap, MMR, Covid (plus eligible boosters) & willing to get annual flu shot

Responsibilities will include all child-related duties, such as preparing bottles and formula, maintaining the twins’ feeding and sleep schedules, introducing and preparing solids when the time comes, laundering the children’s clothing and linens, keeping their rooms tidy and organized, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day. The family keeps an immaculate home and values organization, attention to detail, and a caregiver who naturally tidies up after herself. Comfort with diapering infants, sanitizing bottles and feeding supplies, and confidently lifting and caring for growing babies is essential.
The family would love to meet a nanny with at least five years of professional experience, including very recent infant experience. Candidates must have either twin experience or recent experience caring for two infants under one year old, such as in a nanny share setting. They are seeking someone who is loving, energetic, kind, assertive without being aggressive, and comfortable asking questions when needed. A strong understanding of infant development, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for caring for babies are all must-haves.
The family also shares their home with a friendly Norwegian Forest cat who mostly stays on the lower level and is known for her dog-like personality and love of stuffed animals. While no driving or travel is required at this time, the family does value reliability and would prefer a nanny who lives relatively nearby to support a healthy work-life balance. Privacy is extremely important, so the nanny must be comfortable respecting the family’s confidentiality and refraining from posting photos of the children on social media. Cameras are present in common areas of the home where care will take place. The family is up to date on all eligible flu and COVID vaccinations and is seeking a nanny who shares a similar commitment to health and wellness.
