DUTIES INCLUDE
• Planning enriching outings such as parks, museums, classes, and community activities
• Supporting play-based learning and developmental milestones
• Managing preschool pick-up and daily routines
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Cleaning up after meals, toys, and daily activities
• Children’s laundry and organization of children’s spaces
• Light household support (dishes, general tidying, maintaining order)
• Supporting newborn care alongside mom after the baby arrives
• Maintaining strong safety awareness and structured daily rhythms
• Occasional, limited screen use only when appropriate (e.g., during meal prep)
LOCATION Monte Sereno, CA (20 minutes from San Jose)
SCHEDULE: Full-time, 5 days per week (~8 hours daily), typically beginning around 7:00am
