A warm, organized blended family is seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Nanny/Family Assistant to work in tandem with their Head Nanny and hands on SAHM, and help support their 3 children, ages 6 months, 5 years, and 7 years old. This is a dynamic, high-profile household looking for someone who can confidently step in wherever needed – particularly with the older children – while also assisting with errands, household support, and acting as an extra set of hands for mom throughout the day. The baby is already rolling, sitting, and eating solids, so the family would love someone comfortable with an active infant who is “like a toddler” in many ways! Duties will include school routines, activity support, running errands (using the provided nanny car), assisting with organization, helping maintain smooth household flow, coordinating alongside the Head Nanny, and providing dependable family assistant support as needed. The family values a calm, collaborative, flexible candidate who can easily pivot between childcare and household support responsibilities and genuinely enjoys working as part of a team. This is a very special household where the family deeply values long-term relationships with the people in their home. Their current nanny, who has been with them for several years, has truly become like family, and the nanny transitioning out is only doing so because her personal life and needs are evolving. The family is hoping to find someone who is excited to grow alongside them long-term and become an extension of the family over time. LOCATION: Beverly Hills (until late July/early August) & then moving to Pacific Palisades, CA

SCHEDULE:
- Option 1: Wednesday–Sunday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
- Option 2: Wednesday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, with Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Option 3 (Preferred): Wednesdays from 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, split shifts on Thursdays and Fridays from 6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, and Saturdays from either 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM.
COMPENSATION: $35–$40/hr DOE (Compensation will reflect experience, education, and overall fit, with candidates who fully meet the family’s criteria considered at the top of the range.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Child related field preferred
- Montessori familiarity/experience preferred
- Previous high-profile household experience
- Strong experience working with school-aged children
- Strong driving record (Nanny car provided)
- Passport and willingness to travel
- Strong swimmer (family has a pool)
- Must be fully up to date on all vaccinations (or willing to become compliant prior to hire), including annual flu shot, Tdap, COVID vaccines, and all eligible boosters
- Candidates cannot have pets in their home due to severe family allergies
- Must be ok wearing provided indoor shoes (no outside shoes worn in home)
