A wonderful family of four based in Brentwood (with a second home in Malibu) is looking for an enthusiastic Nanny/Housekeeper to join their team! With two energetic children (ages 1 and 3) and a dedicated team of ROTA nannies providing 24/7 coverage, they’re seeking an extra set of hands to support their caregivers and assist mom with daily tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, playful, and ready to jump into a fast-paced environment and willing to take on whatever tasks are needed!
LOCATION: Brentwood, CA
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday 7am-7pm
RATE: $400/day; Est Annual Comp: $104,000
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced & Engaging: Minimum of 3 years working with toddlers in a private home setting (ideally HNW household experience)
- High Stamina: Must be comfortable working long days!
- Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with the head nannies and working in a fully staffed household
- Active & Playful: Loves outdoor play, creative activities, and keeping up with energetic toddlers
- No Ego: You should be comfortable tackling kid laundry, cooking fresh meals for the kids and doing dishes
- Travel-Ready: Open to occasional travel (passport required)
- Dog-Friendly
- Safety-Conscious: Strong swimming skills and an impeccable driving record (nanny car provided)
- Vaccinations: Tdap + MMR
- Los Angeles Local: Must already reside in the Greater LA area (not considering relocation candidates)
In this role you’ll work alongside the head nannies (who rotate weekly) to create a fun, structured, and nurturing environment. You’ll also assist with errands, organize outings, and ensure the household runs smoothly.
