Busy family of 4 in West Hollywood is looking for an experienced Full-Time House Manager to support their two boys, ages 6 and 10. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on childcare with the organizational side of family support. The role will begin late morning, with responsibilities spanning household errands and administrative projects during the day before transitioning into the childrens after-school routine. Duties will include school pick-up and transportation in the family’s vehicle, preparing meals and snacks, coordinating activities, and keeping their belongings and spaces organized. The position will also provide direct support to one of the parents with day-to-day administrative needs, household to-do lists, and coordinating with contractors and vendors. Separate housekeeping support is in place, allowing the house manager to focus on the children and the practical details that keep the household running smoothly.

START DATE: Flexible
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
COMPENSATION: $35–$45/hour gross, DOE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience caring for school-age children
- Previous family assistant, personal assistant, or household management experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
- Comfortable handling administrative tasks and communicating with vendors and contractors
- Dog-friendly
