Experienced, playful and detail oriented Nanny NEEDED for wonderful family with two boys ages 1.5 + 3.5 Years Old! This is the sweetest family; Mom is SAH and dad travels a lot for work so having the right nanny is incredibly important to them. They have a fabulous full-time nanny that works very long hours, so they are looking to bring on a 2nd nanny to allow her more time off.
They live a very active and busy lifestyle so you should have experience working long days and be comfortable tag teaming with mom. You’ll be her right hand to provide care for both kiddos! Your typical duties include maintaining daily routines (feeding, nap time, etc), planning fun activities and age appropriate projects, engaging in lots of play, simple meal prep for kiddos, and helping out around the house (kid laundry, cleaning up after meals and play time, loading/unloading dishwasher; they have a housekeeper but want someone willing to help with day to day upkeep) during the weekends!
The exact hours will shift from week to week, they do map out the schedule in advance (as outlined below). They do ask that you do not take on another job on Monday/Tuesday, so that if their other nanny is out sick or on vacation you can swap shifts with her.

COMPENSATION: $30-$33/hr
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have Experience Caring for 2 young children
- Comfortable Committing to Working Weekends
- Knowledge of Ages/Stages + Developmental Milestones
- Great Communicator + Strong Team Player
- Tdap required; Covid/Flu vaccines NOT required but added bonus
- Family is looking for a long-term hire – you should be too!

The perfect candidate for this job is kind + caring, active, playful, engaging, creative, resourceful, innately helpful, LOVES to be outdoors (mom encourages outside play daily) and will jump right in! This is a very child-centric role, so you should have enough energy to keep up with 2 young children, but also be skilled in working in tandem with a hands-on mom; knowing when to step in/step out and be up for helping out in other areas if she has both kids.
