Family of 5 in Westchester is seeking an energetic, organized, and nurturing part-time morning nanny to help get their three children (ages 9, 5, and 3) off to a happy, successful start each day. The family is looking for someone who can take the lead during the morning routine, creating a positive, unhurried atmosphere while ensuring everyone is fed, dressed, and out the door on time. Their oldest child is on the autism spectrum, so experience supporting neurodiverse children is highly preferred. DUTIES
- Prepare a healthy breakfast for the children
- Guide the children through their morning routines
- Prompt and encourage independence with dressing, brushing teeth, and getting ready for school
- Provide additional support and gentle reminders for the oldest child as needed
- Tidy the kitchen after breakfast
- Help ensure backpacks, lunches, and daily essentials are ready before leaving
- Create a calm, positive start to each day
LOCATION: Westchester, CA
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-9:00 AM or 7:00 AM-10:00 AM
COMPENSATION: $35-$40/hr DOE
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous nanny experience required
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum or other neurodiverse children strongly preferred
- Patient, calm, and highly organized
- Confident leading morning routines with multiple children
- Positive, proactive, and dependable
- Comfortable in the kitchen
